I began selling real estate in 2001 after graduating from UC Berkeley and quickly began specializing in small to medium size multi-family properties and luxury homes in coastal North County.  I formed Tilbury Properties in 2006 as a boutique real estate agency with the focus being on personalized client service from searching for a home, writing offers, negotiating the transaction, and even property management. I believe that the key to a successful client-broker relationship requires detailed involvement with every step of the transaction, from looking for a home, to marketing, to negotiating the details of a contract, all the way to the close of escrow and beyond.  This is the kind of service that you can expect when working with me or any of my agents: professionalism, expertise, and integrity.
